ISO 17020 – Inspection Agencies

ICBPR accreditation covers many fields with related disciplines. Inspection bodies / and Inspection Agencies under the regulation of ISO/IEC 17020. This accreditation helps Inspection bodies to gain confidence of the customers on the technical competence and recognition of good management practice.

ISO 17065 – Conformity Assessment

ICBpR accreditation covers the certification bodies operates conformity assessment schemes in a competent, consistent and impartial manner there by accepting products, processes and services complying International Standards. The criteria for certification bodies operating such schemes as per Annexe A contained in ISO 17065 standards..


ISO 17024 – Training of Personnel

ICBPR works with organizations to formally accredit their training programmes. Accredited courses can be public courses or in-house, of any form or length and delivered anywhere in the world. The criteria for the accreditation of training courses define a number of requirements that include:

  1. Course content
  2. Course duration
  3. Learning Objectives
  4. Delegate training materials
  5. Training methods
  6. Tutors
  7. Examinations
  8. Course Location, language and facilities
  9. Course publicity and Advertising
The training provider will gain the following benefits:
  1. The training can be described as ‘accredited by ICBPR’, giving the course more authority and distinction. Prospective delegates and their employers will know that the course, its learning objectives and content have been reviewed and approved by a respected professional body
  2. promotional and training material, and also certificates of attendance for delegates, can include the ICBPR logo and suitable wording relating to the accreditation (conditions and wording as agreed with ICBPR)
  3. Accredited courses will be advertised free of charge on the ICBPR website and within its training catalogue.

Accredited courses available for public bookings will be promoted directly to ICBPR members.
